Two small units were acquired in the high street close to the Victoria Square development in Stockton Heath. One unit was purchased on a sale and lease back to a major high street bank and the other as vacant retail unit. Consent was granted for a new extended restaurant, which was pre-let, and an office use at first floor level, also let on completion.
